DTR क्या है और क्यों है यह इतना ज़रूरी?
DTR (Digital Tabulation Register) एक प्रकार का डिजिटल रिपोर्ट कार्ड होता है, जिसमें semester exam के subject-wise marks, grades और pass/fail status दर्ज रहता है। ये document colleges को ERP portal के ज़रिए मिलता है जिससे students के records properly verify किए जा सकें।
ERP Login से कैसे Access करें Result?
हर affiliated college को AKTU की तरफ से एक ERP login दिया गया है। उसी login के ज़रिए college authorities DTR access कर सकते हैं। Student को अपना final marksheet college से मिलती है, लेकिन उसके पीछे की पूरी processing DTR के ज़रिए होती है।
अगर Result में Error है तो क्या करें?
AKTU ने college authorities को निर्देश दिया है कि अगर DTR में कोई गलती हो (जैसे subject missing हो, marks गलत हो आदि), तो students के सभी relevant certificates के साथ उस issue को तुरंत Controller of Examination को report करें।
