01About NotesGallery & these terms

NotesGallery (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides educational reference materials, university updates and career information through notesgallery.com. We also sell selected digital PDF notes through Razorpay payment links or payment pages.

These terms describe how you may use our website and materials, and the conditions associated with purchasing digital products. Please read them before using restricted features or buying notes. If you disagree, do not proceed with the relevant service or purchase. Nothing here removes a right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

NotesGallery is an independent platform, not an official university portal. References to AKTU, other institutions, publishers or employers do not imply their sponsorship, authorization or endorsement.

02Eligibility & information you provide

You must be legally able to enter into the transaction you are making. If you are under 18 or otherwise require assistance to enter into a contract, a parent or lawful guardian should make or authorize the purchase as required by applicable law. Payment providers may impose additional eligibility conditions.

Provide accurate contact details, especially the email address used at checkout. Incorrect details may prevent delivery or make order verification difficult. Do not impersonate another person, use someone else’s payment method without permission, or provide misleading information.

03Free resources & paid products

Some study content is available to read free on the website and may be supported by advertising. Selected downloadable NotesGallery PDFs are paid products. A free article and a paid PDF may cover similar topics; the product description should explain what the purchase includes.

Check the course, subject, unit, semester, syllabus version, language and included files before paying. A purchase covers the product described at checkout, not every resource on the website, a full course, personal tutoring or a university qualification unless expressly included.

Do not assume that a one-time purchase includes lifetime hosting, all future editions, syllabus revisions or additional units. Any access period, update entitlement or other product-specific condition disclosed before purchase forms part of that purchase.

04Your licence to use purchased notes

Unless a product expressly states different licence terms, a purchased NotesGallery PDF is licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial study. You may download it to your personal devices and print a copy for your own study. Buying a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying content.

• Do not resell, rent, publicly upload, distribute or bundle the PDF as your own product.
• Do not share paid files or private download links in groups, file-sharing services, websites or public repositories.
• Do not remove branding, copyright notices or watermarks to misrepresent authorship or facilitate redistribution.
• For classroom distribution, institutional access, commercial reuse or another licence, obtain permission first.

These conditions do not override permissions expressly granted by a rights holder, an applicable open licence, or an exception available under law. Share a link to our public resource page rather than distributing a paid file.

05Prices, offers & order details

Review the final amount, currency, product description and any stated charges on the product or checkout page before confirming payment. Where taxes or other charges apply, they should be disclosed before payment. Promotional prices apply only as described in the relevant offer.

Prices for future purchases may change. A later price change does not by itself change the amount of an already completed purchase. If a material product or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you about correction or cancellation and an appropriate refund where payment was taken.

06Razorpay checkout & payment status

Payments for selected PDFs are processed through Razorpay. Available methods, authentication, transaction limits and payment processing depend on Razorpay and the relevant payment partners. Their applicable terms also govern use of their payment services.

• Use only the payment link associated with the intended NotesGallery product and review the merchant and product details before paying.
• A pending payment or bank debit is not necessarily a confirmed successful order. Keep your payment ID and confirmation for support.
• If payment is pending or uncertain, check its status before paying again to avoid duplicate charges.
• We do not ask you to send us a card CVV, OTP, banking password or UPI PIN.

Razorpay processes payments; NotesGallery remains the contact for our product description, delivery and purchase-support issues. A successful payment does not authorize sharing or reselling the product.

07Digital delivery & download assistance

PDF notes are digital products. No physical book or printed copy is shipped unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise. The delivery method and any stated timeframe are those described on the product or payment page.

Access may be provided by the confirmation process, a delivery message or the stated download method. You need a compatible device, a working internet connection and software capable of opening PDF files. External storage providers may apply their own access or download limits.

If payment succeeds but the file is missing, inaccessible or does not open, contact notesgalleryprime@gmail.com. Include the product name, payment ID, purchase date, checkout email and a short explanation. We will verify the order and assist with access, a corrected file or another appropriate resolution.

Do not post private download links or unredacted payment screenshots publicly. If a link stops working, contact support instead of assuming another purchase is required.

08Refunds, cancellations & payment disputes

If an order involves a duplicate charge, non-delivery, the wrong file, an unreadable file or a material mismatch with the product description, contact us with the relevant details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may involve restoring access, supplying a corrected product or issuing a refund.

Requests involving a change of mind, selection of a different subject, or a completed download are assessed against the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable consumer rights. We do not use these terms to deny remedies for a defective, misdescribed or undelivered product where the law provides them.

If a payment is pending or failed, any reversal depends on the payment provider and banking process. Where we initiate an eligible refund, its arrival depends on the payment method, Razorpay and the financial institution involved; it may not be instant. We will provide available confirmation or tracking information.

Contacting us can help resolve an issue, but does not waive any lawful right to raise a payment dispute or seek consumer redress. Avoid making a duplicate refund claim for an amount already returned.

09Material sources, ownership, credits & removal requests

Third-party materials & credit

Credit for third-party study materials available on or linked through NotesGallery belongs to their respective authors, creators, publishers, universities or other rights holders. This includes contributed handwritten notes, question papers, syllabus documents, official notices, illustrations and other educational resources. NotesGallery does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it appears on this website.

Where an author or source is identifiable, we aim to retain or provide appropriate attribution. If a credit is missing, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with the relevant page URL and accurate attribution details so we can review and correct it. An unknown author or missing credit does not mean that a work is free of copyright.

Community sources & student contributions

Our resource collection includes materials received or discovered through Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, college students and other student-community contributions, alongside materials created by NotesGallery. The person or group sharing a file may not be its original author or copyright owner; the source of a copy is not necessarily the source of the rights.

Availability in a group, a student submission, free access, educational intent or attribution alone does not establish permission to reproduce, publish, redistribute or sell a work. Third-party permissions, licences and applicable legal exceptions must be considered for the particular material and use. These terms do not represent a blanket claim that every educational resource qualifies for fair dealing.

NotesGallery’s original materials

NotesGallery also creates its own notes, explanations, diagrams, articles, PDF layouts, graphics and other original content. Rights in those original contributions belong to NotesGallery or the relevant creator or licensor, as applicable. These rights do not extend to third-party content incorporated or referenced within a resource.

Formatting, compiling, adding a logo or placing a watermark on an existing work does not transfer ownership of that work to NotesGallery. Likewise, we do not claim exclusive ownership of a university syllabus, factual information or the underlying academic concepts.

Paid NotesGallery PDFs are subject to the personal-study licence above unless different terms are expressly stated. Commercial distribution of third-party content requires appropriate rights or authorization; receiving a file through a community group does not provide that authorization. A reference to Quantum Series or another publisher does not imply affiliation or permission to distribute its books.

Request a correction or removal

If you own material displayed on or linked from NotesGallery, or are authorized to act for its owner, and want it removed or its attribution corrected, please email notesgalleryprime@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright or Removal Request”. You may also use our Contact Support page.

• Identify the work and provide the exact NotesGallery page URL and, if available, the file or download link concerned.
• Explain whether you seek removal, corrected credit or another resolution.
• Provide your name, a reply email and your relationship to the work or rights holder.
• Include reasonably sufficient supporting information, such as an original publication link or authorization to represent the owner. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identification documents.

We will review the request promptly and may ask for clarification where ownership or the material concerned is unclear. We may temporarily restrict access while reviewing a credible complaint. Where removal or a correction is warranted, we will take appropriate action on the pages, files or links within our control and communicate with the requester as appropriate.

If a file is hosted by an independent provider, we can review and remove our link or any copy we control, but cannot directly delete copies controlled by others. Contacting us does not require you to buy anything, and this process does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10Acceptable use & contributions

Use NotesGallery responsibly. Do not:

• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or interfere with website or payment security.
• Upload malware, phishing content, spam, abusive material or private information about others.
• Extract or mass-download content in a way that overloads the service, circumvents restrictions or infringes rights.
• Manipulate advertisements, generate invalid ad clicks or use fraudulent payment details.
• Use study resources to facilitate impersonation, cheating or other unlawful activity.

If you voluntarily submit a comment, correction or study resource for publication, provide only material you are entitled to share. You permit us to review, display and reasonably format the contribution for the purpose for which you submitted it; you retain any rights you already own. We may moderate or decline content that is irrelevant, unsafe or potentially infringing.

11Educational accuracy & official updates

Our materials support learning and revision; they do not replace the official syllabus, prescribed academic requirements, faculty instruction or your own assessment. We do not guarantee examination questions, marks, results, admissions, employment or scholarship selection.

Syllabi, deadlines, eligibility conditions and university circulars can change. Verify important dates and requirements with the issuing university, institution, employer or other official authority before acting. Summaries and translated explanations can omit details contained in an original notice.

If you identify an error, send the page URL and correction details. This educational disclaimer does not remove a purchaser’s rights concerning a paid product that materially differs from its description.

12External links, advertising & opportunities

The website may contain advertisements, embedded content and links to external learning materials, university portals, payment pages, jobs, internships and social communities. A link or advertisement does not by itself mean we endorse the provider or guarantee its claims.

External providers control their own availability, content, applications, selection processes and policies. Check the official listing and relevant conditions before applying, submitting information or making a payment. NotesGallery does not guarantee recruitment or selection.

Advertising helps support free content. Do not click ads merely to support the site or generate artificial impressions. Information about cookies and related data handling is available in our Privacy Policy.

13Privacy & service communications

Our Privacy Policy describes how browsing, contact, subscription and purchase information is handled, including information associated with Razorpay transactions.

We may send communications necessary for order verification, delivery, payment issues or requested support. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages. Use the relevant unsubscribe or channel controls to manage optional updates.

14Service availability & restrictions

Availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, hosting, security incidents or third-party services. We may modify website features or remove resources that are outdated, unsafe, unavailable or subject to a rights issue.

We may proportionately restrict access to protect the service or address suspected misuse, fraud or infringement. Such action does not automatically remove a legitimate purchaser’s rights. If an access restriction or product removal affects your paid order, contact support for review and an appropriate remedy where required.

Keep your receipt and, when permitted, a personal backup of the purchased file. We do not promise uninterrupted service or indefinite availability of every external link.

15Responsibility & limits

We aim to provide useful resources and reasonable purchase support. Free informational content is provided as available, subject to the qualifications above. Website availability and outcomes based on study or career information cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, your unauthorized redistribution, or independent third-party actions. Responsibility for a particular claim depends on the facts and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer remedies, or excuses fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot be limited. No blanket disclaimer overrides the description of a paid product or a right protected by law.

16Changes, governing law & disputes

We may update these terms as products, features or relevant requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Updated conditions generally apply prospectively; we do not use an update to remove rights already attached to a completed purchase.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that also apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

Please contact us first if you would like help resolving an issue. You retain access to any competent court, consumer commission or other dispute mechanism available under applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive distant forum or a mandatory private arbitration requirement.
