Lucknow | December 15, 2025 — The AKTU Initial Fees Refund 2025-26 process has been delayed after 13 colleges failed to update their bank details on the AKTU ERP portal. Thousands of students are still awaiting their refunds as the university issued an urgent directive to institutions, warning them to update their financial details immediately.
According to AKTU, all colleges were instructed through letter 427/वित्त/2025 dated 15 November 2025 to verify and update bank details required for processing the AKTU Initial Fees Refund 2025-26. However, despite reminders on 19 November and 8 December 2025, several institutions did not comply, resulting in stalled transactions.
Colleges Responsible for the AKTU Initial Fees Refund 2025-26 Delay
AKTU stated that the AKTU Initial Fees Refund 2025-26 could not be completed because many colleges either added incorrect bank details or did not update their details at all. The university has made it clear that any delay caused due to incorrect information will be considered the responsibility of the institutions.

AKTU’s Strict Warning to Institutions
The university has instructed all colleges to:

AKTU reiterated that the university will not be held responsible for any refund delay caused by incorrect bank details provided by colleges.
