The Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh has issued a major notice related to the AKTU Scholarship Verification 2024-25 process. The circular directs all affiliated government and self-financed institutes to complete online verification of student scholarship applications and actual student strength within the prescribed timelines.
According to the official communication (dated 06 December 2025), the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh has instructed that the online verification for Post-Matric Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement must be completed between 04 December 2025 and 09 December 2025.
This notice is crucial because the AKTU Scholarship Verification 2024-25 ensures that only eligible students receive benefits under the state scholarship scheme.
What AKTU Has Directed the Institutes to Do?
As per the new instructions, AKTU has asked all affiliated institutions to verify and certify the following:

Affidavit Requirement for AKTU Scholarship Verification 2024-25
AKTU has strictly instructed all Directors/Principals to submit an affidavit confirming the following:
- All forwarded applications belong to genuine, enrolled students.
- Each application has been examined and verified according to norms.
- No ineligible or duplicate applicant has been forwarded.
- No student has applied under any other scholarship scheme.
This affidavit must be signed by the Director/Principal and submitted along with the complete class-wise and year-wise student list.

Institutes must submit:
- Verified student lists (category-wise, year-wise)
- The original signed affidavit
- Proof of online verification completion
