What is the Circular About?
In reference to the earlier university circular (Ref. No. AKTU/PNK/2025/1797 dated 21 May 2025), it was previously instructed that all affiliated colleges must upload the marks for Practical and Project examinations, along with internal TS/PS marks, on the ERP portal by 20 June 2025.
However, based on requests received from various affiliated institutions keeping in mind student welfare, the university has granted an extension. The final date to upload marks on the ERP portal is now extended to 25 June 2025.

Who is Affected by This Notice?
This notification is applicable to all undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students of AKTU who are enrolled in even semester (2024-25) of courses like B.Tech, B.Pharma, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, etc. and have completed their Practical / Project examinations between 24 May to 18 June 2025.

All colleges/institutions affiliated with AKTU are hereby instructed to:
- Ensure that all Practical / Project marks and TS/PS internal marks are uploaded online on the ERP portal by 25 June 2025.
- Submit the signed hard copies of these marksheets in spiral bound format to the office of the Controller of Examination by 30 June 2025.
- Failure to comply within the given timeline may affect the result processing of students.
